Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, we know that from time to time you may find it necessary to exchange merchandise, specially when purchasing gifts. As long as this privilege is not abused, and all terms and conditions are met, we will accept the exchange of merchandise in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Receipt required for all exchanges.

Warranty

Mystique Jewelry pieces carry a 90 days warranty. Any item that has manufacturing defects or that has been damaged with normal use, can be repaired by us at no extra cost (excluding shipping), or exchanged for another piece of equal value, as the customer chooses.
